McCullers Construction, Inc., based in Loganville, GA, started as a grading and hauling contractor grading residential lots. As we moved into land development we moved into expanding our company into full site development for right of way grading, mass grading and underground utilities.

McCullers Construction, Inc. is a full service development Contractor. Our services begin for customers as soon as plans are received. We provide accurate bids based on construction plans as well as our knowledge of governing authorities requirements.

This relationship is like no other in this industry. From our first “Joint Venture” combining the expertise of John Williams Earthmoving Company in grading and our expertise in pipe line construction, we have been able to provide seamless transitions in all phases of site preparation. Basically, two separate companies operating as one unit.
